List of Waivers, Programs and Services:
Family Infant Toddler Program - Early intervention services to help families who have concerns about the development of their young children (birth to three).
Developmental Disability Waiver - Helps eligible New Mexicans with developmental disabilities maintain and develop skills needed to live a quality life in their local communities.
State General Funded Services - Helps eligible New Mexicans with developmental disabilities to live and work in their communities and be with their families.
Medically Fragile Waiver - Helps New Mexicans with developmental disabilities and a medically fragile condition live in their homes.
What is Mi Via?
Mi Via, which means “my path,” “my way” or “my road,” is designed for participants who have disabilities to manage their own services and supports. Mi Via is about choosing to self-direct home and community-based services, supports and goods within an approved plan and budget.
Respite Services for Children & Adults - A flexible family support service where staff assist the family by providing relief, allowing periods of time away from care giving.
ABCs of Eligibility - Programs that can help in the areas of Medically Fragile, Developmental Disabilities, and Family Infant Toddler Early Intervention Services.
