2010 DDSD Statewide Director’s Community Inclusion Awards
The Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DDSD) honored the following individuals, community organizations and business for demonstrating excellence in Community Inclusion. Awards were given in the categories of business ownership, outstanding employee of a business owner, community based adult habilitation, individual community membership, team champions supporting individual community membership, full community inclusion, case manager employment champion, employee of the year and employer of the year.

2010 DDSD STATEWIDE DIRECTORS COMMUNITY INCLUSION AWARDS

Mr. BiBi Ponce is the winner of the 2010 Outstanding Employee: Business Owner of the Year.

BiBi was nominated as the individual who most supported Joe Gonzales to achieve self-employment.

BiBi works for Tobosa and supports Joe Gonzales as a job coach.

BiBi Ponce is a great match for Joe as he is very talented with woodworking and freehand painting.

Bibi and Joe make a very dynamic team and always look forward to the next birdhouse to see where their creativity will take them.
