New Mexico's PATH to Better Lives
The Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DDSD) worked together with stakeholders to develop a vision, values and action plans to support full community inclusion for New Mexicans with disabilities. To read this collaborative vision select What We Want Our World to Look Like.

Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope (PATH) is a tool to help people with developmental disabilities plan and achieve their life goals. PATH helps people build inclusive communities, organizations, and ideas through diversity and participation in the community.
