Las Cruces Health Management Agency

575-528-6037

Effective March 1, 2010 Public Health Region 5 became part of the State HIV Health Management Alliance (HMA) Network, and the Community Collaborative Care (CCC) Program was established for HIV/AIDS services related to Ryan White Part B grant funding in the ten (10) counties of southwestern NM.  On July 1, 2011 the Alliance, which had been established in July 1997, evolved into a more informal group of HIV Service Providers in different parts of the state.

The Community Collaborative Care Program in Las Cruces will keep the acronym of HMA, but with a more southern adaptation. It will be used to designate a more generic umbrella-like Health Management Agency that may coordinate designated levels of care in a given geographic area for specific populations that have certain conditions, diseases or diagnoses.  Several Region 5 programs comprise the new HMA here.
